The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city and close to all the Christmas festivities. It made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the holiday spirit. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with our needs. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.
